Photographs are worth more than adjectives
Attaching two or three pictures changes the quality of the quote more than anything else on the form. A photograph settles in one glance what a paragraph has to argue: how far the wet area runs, what the floor is made of, whether the drywall has started to come apart at the bottom.
Take them before anything is moved or dried if you safely can, and take one from far enough back to show the whole room as well as the close ones. Calling, and why the form is faster
There is a number on this site and it is worth saying exactly what it reaches, because it is not what a phone number on a contractor's website usually reaches. It is not staffed. It rings nowhere. A caller gets a recorded greeting and the chance to leave a message, that message is recorded, and somebody reads it later. A form submitted at the same moment is in front of a contractor sooner.
So the honest answer to when we are open is that there are no hours to give you, because there is no counter and nobody sitting at one. The form is read the same way at two in the morning as at two in the afternoon, which is the one advantage of the arrangement.

If water is coming into the property right now, shut the supply off at the main and deal with the electricity before you deal with a form. Nothing here is more urgent than that.
